We are in network with Aetna, Cigna and United. Co-pays and cost sharing will generally apply. An additional NON-REFUNDABLE convenience/travel fee of $100 is due for each home visit and is due at the time of booking. Please familiarize yourself with the terms below. This fee is separate from and in addition to any cost sharing, co-pays, etc.

Our travel areas
If your town is not listed and you believe that to be in error, please contact the office. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the fees associated with home visits and our travel area. The convenience/travel fee for home visits is an additional $100 and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you schedule a home visit and we DO NOT TRAVEL TO YOUR AREA, your $100 travel fee will not be refunded. See above for more information about fees. This convenience fee is separate from and in addition to any cost sharing and co-pays.
