a space to care for your head, heart, soul, and belly.

 

Women are natural community builders but motherhood too often leaves us feeling isolated. Scraping by isn’t enough; nourishing ourselves takes practice and intention. That’s why we are so glad you’re here—together, we’ll create a supportive community where new moms can grow, share, and truly thrive.​​

This isn’t a support group—it’s an intentional space for moms who need real guidance, self-care, and connection without the labels or the fluff.

 

If you feel lonely but aren’t into formal “support groups,” or you’re stuck in your body yet baby + me yoga isn’t your thing, we’ve got you.

​

You’re overwhelmed by conflicting advice online and wish there was a user’s manual for postpartum life.

​

Maybe your partner is back at work, or you’ve just “graduated” from your postpartum doula. Or maybe you didn't have postpartum doula and wish you could!

 

​We get it.  And we’ve got you. Come, be nourished.

 

Nourish is intended to build community.  We ask that you commit to the community building container we've created by registering for multiple sessions but drop ins are also welcome when available. Rates are below.

  • Wholesome Nourishment: Relish a healthy gluten free, dairy free vegetarian soup designed to refuel and make it easier getting through the rest of your day.​​​​​

When we sit with others learning about issues that are important to us, we create scaffolding that supports and bolsters us when life feels hard. When we know more we feel less lost.
