Women are natural gatherers, storytellers, and intuitive nurturers. When we come together, we weave a tapestry of support that strengthens ourselves, our families, and our communities. Yet, society often isolates us during motherhood, leaving us to “just get by.”
But scraping by isn’t enough—nourishing ourselves takes intention and practice.

That’s why I’m so thrilled you’re considering this program- being intentional about caring for self holds the promise of something powerful—and together we can create a place where new moms can grow, share, and thrive together.

What to expect
As a new mom, you’re giving your all to care for your baby—but who’s caring for you? This nourishing day reset offers you the space to reconnect with yourself, bond with other mothers, and embrace the journey of motherhood in a half-day of sharing, learning, and self-care. Each day we will:

Through the ancient wisdom of story-sharing we recognize ourselves in each other's experience and we feel less alone + reconnected to self + others
support mind body connection through nervous system regulation activities
Birth + postpartum have a tremendous ability to integrate our mind/body connection...or to sever it. Our goal is to help provide easy tools that can be used in your daily life to help moms feel reconnected to their body, reduce stress and feel grounded.​
