come meet your new best friends...
PREGNANCY SUPPORT CIRCLE
Join us for a wonderful weekly support group where local moms with babies of all ages can come together to share their experiences, challenges, and joys. We have moms who are exclusively breastfeeding, bottle feeding, hybrid feeding breastmilk and formula and even those who are feeding primarily formula. We are a feeding-inclusive group and we embrace all methods of feeding your little one.
The circle is also open to pregnant people who would like more information about feeding your baby with your body because we learn by watching, not just doing!
*THIS IS NOT A BREASTFEEDING CLASS*

DEPRESSION + ANXIETY SUPPORT
"The Elephant Panel"
The Elephant Panel is a community outreach program to increase awareness of Perinatal Mood + Anxiety Disorders or PMADs- which include depression, bipolar, anxiety, OCD and psychosis. Depression + anxiety look and feel different for everyone and are especially upsetting when it happens around the birth of a baby.
We gather to discuss "the elephant in the room"...the stories we are afraid of sharing, the fears we carry and how to get help if it happens.
This event provides a platform for women who have lived through PMADs to share their stories of healing, wellness and resilience.
The audience is usually pregnant through 6 months postpartum although there is no cap. Non crawling babies welcome.
